Nashville, Tennessee – [September 17, 2025] — HealthWorks is pleased to announce that Harold Davis, a seasoned leader with nearly three decades of experience in payment integrity and cost containment, has joined the company as President of the Payer Performance Studio.
In this role, Harold oversees HealthWorks’ payer-focused services, including Medical Records Review, Data Mining, Subrogation, Provider Collections, Credit Balance Automation, and Electronic Communication. He leads efforts to help payers reduce medical spend, improve compliance, and strengthen provider relationships.
Harold previously spent more than 30 years at Humana, where he directed the company’s cost containment operations, spanning fraud, waste, and abuse prevention; subrogation; code edits; vendor management; and provider services. Under his leadership, Humana’s cost containment organization was recognized by an independent consulting firm as a world-class payment integrity program. Harold is also recognized for his leadership in building engaged, high-performing teams, consistently achieving top-tier scores in organizational engagement.
